Demi Lovato

The Miley Cyrus era is almost over on Disney Channel, it's time for the new crops of teen stars to take over. Demi Lovato first starred on Disney Channel's Camp Rock back in 2008. At first, I didn't really like the movie, but after watching a few times of repeats on Disney Channel, the movie is quite OK...but one thing I hated about the movie is that there's too many genres of song in one movie especially Techno.

And now, I got myself Demi's debut and 2nd album Don't Forget and Here We Go Again! Both albums are really good, some of the songs from both albums that are actually really good.

My personal favorite from Don't Forget is Get Back, Don't Forget and La La Land. I heard La La Land for the first time when my cousin let me watch the music video on his phone via YouTube. And after that it became another favorite song that we share together - again! 

Here We Go Again, I guess many people can relate to that song, thinking that you've got over the person that's important to you or you like, but somehow they get back into your life and you realize that you are not over them yet. I like the song, but I can't relate to it...yet...LOL

My other favorite tracks from HWGA is Falling Over Me and Solo, all of Demi's song are individually different and unique, she shows different side of her as an artist on her albums. There's ballad, rock, Pop, dance tunes on both of her album, a little of something for everyone. Check it out. Demi is also a really good vocalist compared to many of the Disney teen princesses.

Demi Lovato will also be starring as a guest on the current season (6) of Grey's Anatomy episode - Shiny Happy People. Demi also recently performed on American Idol with Joe Jonas, singing Make A Wave, my cousin liked that song too. And during September - Winter of 2010, Demi's will reprise her role as Mitchie Torres on Disney Channel's Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam along with the Jonas Brothers!

Wizards Of Waverly Place - OST

I can't get enough of Harry Potter score's from the movie...and i love shows about magic! And songs about magic, all about magic! Wizards Of Waverly Place soundtrack from Disney Channel Original TV Series are songs all about MAGIC!

There's 12 songs in this album, and 10 of songs title have the word "Magic" but the other 2 is also about magic...LOL. Selena Gomez recorded four songs for this album including the theme song for the TV series.

Other Disney stars also recorded songs for this album are Raven-Symone, Aly & AJ, Mitchel Musso, and High School Musical's Drew Seeley who sang as Troy from the first HSM movie. Other singers are Steve Rushton, KSM, Honor Society, and Meaghan Jette Martin.

I like some of the songs from this album...one of them is Dissapear from Selena, Do You Believe in Magic by Aly & AJ, Raven-Symone's Some Call It Magic, and Drew Seeley's version of You Can Do Magic.

Get this album if you can't get enough of Harry Potter score's from the movie...it's enjoyable.

Send It On - Disney's Friends For Change

The Jonas Brothers and a few Disney Channel Princesses came together to perform this song titled "Send It On". Featuring Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez, and The Jonas Brothers.

Disney's Friends For Change is a pro-social green initiative that started recently in 2009. Disney stars stresses environmental issues in the campaign. Public service announcements are currently airing on Disney Channel by many Disney stars including those mentioned above...and many more including Brenda Song, Cole & Dylan Sprouse, David Henrie, Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, and many more which tells viewers how to preserve the planet.

As part of the initiative, Disney Channel audiences will have the ability to determine how Disney will invest the $1 million in environmental programs.

Hannah Montana 3

I think the next album i'm going to get is...Hannah Montana 3!!! I might be a little too old for this, but songs from Disney is just so addictive...from Hilary Duff to Raven Symone to Miley Cyrus to Demi Lovato to Selena Gomez.

David Archuleta recorded a track in this album too!!! Another reason that i MUST get this album...DAVID ARCHULETA recorded a song in this album! It's called "I Wanna Know You"

I thought Hannah Montana The Movie Soundtrack would be the soundtrack for the movie and the latest season (3) for the tv series on Disney Channel, i was suprised to see that there's more new songs coming our way from Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus) in such a short period...

American Idol judge Kara Dioguardi is one of the producer for this album, and she co-wrote 3 songs on the album, Matthew Gerrard also wrote some songs for High School Musical and he's one of the producer for this album...

High School Musical's Chad Danforth...errr...Corbin Bleu performs a duet with Hannah/Miley in this album, and Disney Hannah Montana co-star Mitchel Musso duets with Hannah/Miley in this album too...3 guys as guest in this album...

Ashley Tisdale - Masquerade, Overrated, What If

Finally i bought Ashley Tisdale's second studio album Guilty Pleasure and it has some really good tracks in it. One of my favorite is the 1st single from the album "It's Alright, It's OK"The third track in the album is Masquerade, the song has a little Friday-weekend disco feel to it, and a little electro, rock feel to it...i don't like this song that much, but it's still OK...i like most of it but the chorus...the backup singers are so loud...

The fourth track is Overrated, the song is about changing yourself to another person for your partner - bf/gf, and forgetting who you are...i like the song a lot, hmmm...you can feel the emotions from AT's voice if you understand the lyrics...and the music is really nice too

The eighth track is called "What If", another song about BGR, i think it's the only ballad in the album, it's nice to hear AT sing different kind of songs, especially an emo song...the song reminded me of Christina Aguilera's Hurt...another nice track from G.P.

Another personal favorite track from the album is "Erase and Rewind", a really nice song, has a Kelly Clarkson feel to it, a really nice pop song, uptempo and you can throw your hair around listening to it...LOL
