We will be crowning the next American Idol next week, the final three sang for their lives and i think this is the worst semi-finals in Idol history...where are the moments that past idols created during this week???Danny Gokey sang "Dance Little Sister" picked by judge Paula Abdul, usually Paula picks good songs for the Top 3 contestant...David Archuleta's And So It Goes, Bo Bice Satisfaction, but this song for Danny...it's ok only...Danny's even got a Saxophone solo...good but not a good semi-final performance.
Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi picked "Apologize" by One Republic for Kris Allen, this song perfect for Kris Allen, slow song, but to forget the lyrics at this point of the stage, is a big no no, not really noticeable! But his performance was very good
Simon Cowell picked "One" by U2 and Mary J Blige for Adam Lambert, it's a weird song choice for Adam, although it's from U2, but it's like a R&B song...Adam sang it well but i still prefer Elliott Yamin's version from season 5, didn't like Adam's version, was a little boring.Danny Gokey sang You're So Beautiful, i prefer this performance rather than the first song, but it was a little boring but the end was nice. Taylor Hicks sang this during season 5, like Taylor's version more.
Kris Allen second song was Heartless by Kanye West...what a weird choice to choose a rap song, but Kris turned it into an acoustic version of his, really nice, had some moments during the performance. Didn't like the song, but Kris sang it well.And Adam sang Cryin by Aerosmith, i like the song, but Adam screech all the way during this performance, didn't like any of his performance this week. Won't buy his album if my ear will bleed by his screehes. Nice hair this week...lol
Not the best Top 3 week on American Idol, season 4 and 5 Top 3 is still better
